TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL

These Terms & Conditions shall apply to all sales through Tales Chocolate and will exclude application of any deviating general or specific conditions or terms of buyer. No waiver or modification of these Conditions of Sale shall be binding upon Tales Chocolate, unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Tales Chocolate.

When you have placed an order through our web shop you have agreed to the terms stated below and entered a binding contract. Shortly after your order is placed you will get an email confirming your purchase, stating which object(s) the order consist of as well as total price, including shipping and method of such. To buy you have to be older than 18 years of age or have the approval of your guardian. If there is something wrong with your order or if you need to cancel it you have to contact Tales Chocolate.

3. PRICING

All prices are quoted including Swedish tax, at present 12% on edible products. Prices are subject to variation at any time. We will always endeavour to give at least 30 days notice of any price change. Fees for shipping will be added at checkout.

4. PAYMENT

Payment should be made by our on-line payment facility or as otherwise agreed by us. Payment must be made in SEK (unless otherwise agreed) to our nominated bank account.

 

All transfers conducted through Tales chocolate are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made. If the order should be cancelled the money will automatically be transfered back to the costumer.

5. RETURN OF PRODUCTS

Please contact Tales Chocolate before returning any items. You can return the product within 14 days of delivery if the product is un-opened and in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. The costumer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a return, the cost of shipping will be deducted.

 

We take responsibility for products which can be shown to be faulty due to our act or omission. In such case we will either replace or refund the cost of the defective products, at your option. Please check your product when delivered and contact us if your goods are damaged. Return of faulty products can only be accepted within 14 days of receipt.

6. DELIVERY

The estimated delivery time is stated on the page "delivery". If a product has another delivery time than on this page Tales Chocolate will inform you. The delivery costs will be added during check out.

 

If items are out of stock, you will be informed of the delay and the order will be completed as soon as the stock becomes available.

 

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

7. GUARANTEE

We want our costumers to be fully satisfied with their purchase, if there are any problems with your order please contact us.

8. COPYRIGHT AND OTHER RIGHTS

All copyright and other rights in brand names, ingredient mixes, and packaging supplied by us will remain owned by us. Prices and other terms are confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties without our consent.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

 

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's IP address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

Events outside Tales Chocolate’s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Tales Chocolate is released from Tales Chocolate's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
